Gold Rush Roasting Co., founded by educators Rob and Shirleen Comeau, is a family-owned coffee roastery located in the Cariboo region of British Columbia. Established in 2019, the company was born from a desire to create a legacy for their seven children and future generations. They specialize in small-batch, specialty coffee, ethically sourced and roasted to perfection. 

Their offerings include the 100 Mile Dark Roast, a smooth, earthy blend ideal for espresso lovers; the Billy Barker Brew, a medium-dark roast with notes of white grape, red apple, cinnamon, and honey; and the Prospector, a true medium roast highlighting the rich flavors of South and Central American beans.
