Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the apple juice or cider, cinnamon sticks, cloves, orange slices, and apple slices.
- Stir in the brown sugar to sweeten to your liking.
- Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until it’s hot but not boiling (about 10 minutes).
- Once hot, remove the pot from the heat and discard the cinnamon sticks and cloves.
- Ladle the hot apple cider into mugs, and if desired, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce for an extra treat.
