Spicy Pear Jam & Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Instructions:

  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place a slice of bread butter-side down on a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  • Layer slices of Brie cheese on the bread, then spoon a generous amount of Okanagan Falls Spicy Pear Jam on top.
  • Top with another slice of bread, butter-side up.
  • Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of bread (sourdough or your preferred choice)
  • 8 oz (225g) Brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Spicy Pear Jam
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
