Instructions:
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place a slice of bread butter-side down on a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Layer slices of Brie cheese on the bread, then spoon a generous amount of Okanagan Falls Spicy Pear Jam on top.
- Top with another slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve hot.
