Ben Rainer is a third-generation farmer….. Having completed his training at the University College of the Cariboo, Ben worked at a retail meat department before building his own facilities in the North Thompson Valley, British Columbia.
All our products are free of added hormones, antibiotics and have not been fed animal by-products, healthy for you as organic. We raise all our grass-fed beef on open pasture. We are a provincially licensed plant and are located 15 miles north of Barriere on the Yellowhead Hwy. Most of our products are locally raised and processed on-site.
We have completed the Environmental Farm Plan. We specialize in custom cutting, processing, sausage making, curing and have a variety of retail meat products for sale.
Sides of beef and pork are available year-round but must be ordered in advance to be sure of availability.
